Photo Tips for a Bulin 47 AI Video That Looks Like You

Which photo to upload for a Bulin 47 AI video: one person, a clear front-facing face, even light, no sunglasses or filters, at least 300 px. Plus why photos get rejected.

The best photo for a Bulin 47 AI video shows one person, facing the camera, in soft even light, with nothing covering the face. Use the original photo with no filters, at least 300 px on each side. The clip decides the moves, the camera and the red-lit scene. Your photo decides who stands in the middle, so it matters more than anything else.

What does the AI take from your photo?

In a Bulin 47 AI video, the person in your photo replaces the rapper in the center of the freestyle. The model keeps:

  • The face: features, proportions, skin tone and apparent age.
  • The hairstyle and everyday glasses, if you wear them in the photo.
  • The clothing it can see. Anything outside the photo is filled in with similar everyday clothes.

It doesn't add the original's sunglasses or jewelry unless they're in your photo. The man holding the speaker stays in the foreground with his back to the camera, and the crowd is made of generic strangers. To see how the whole process works, read What is Bulin 47 AI?

1. Why use a photo with only one person?

The template has one photo slot, for the rapper. Group photos are rejected because the model can't tell who you mean. If your favorite photo has friends in it, crop it to one person before uploading. Don't just zoom in a little: the other faces should be completely out of the frame.

2. How should the face look?

The face should be clear and facing the camera, or turned only slightly. Profiles and faces partly covered by hair, a hand, a mask or sunglasses usually come out looking less like the person. The original rapper wears sunglasses, but your photo shouldn't. The model needs to see the eyes to keep the likeness.

3. What lighting works best?

Use soft, even light: daylight from a window or outdoors in shade. The scene is lit red at night, and the model relights your face to match. It does that best when it can see the face clearly in the first place. Avoid strong backlight, deep shadows across half the face, and very dark photos.

4. How big should the photo be?

Use at least 300 px on each side. Bigger is better. Use the original file from your camera roll rather than a screenshot or a photo that has been forwarded through chat apps many times, since compression removes the detail the model needs. A head-and-shoulders or waist-up photo where the face takes up a good part of the frame works well. A waist-up photo also shows your outfit.

5. Should you use filters or beauty mode?

No. Beauty filters, face-shape filters, cartoon effects and heavy edits change the face the model copies. The video will look like the filter, not like you. Natural photos give the most recognizable results.

6. Whose photos can you upload?

Only photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to appear. Photos are reviewed before rendering, and these are always rejected:

  • celebrities and public figures
  • minors
  • group photos or photos without a clear face

If a photo is rejected or a render fails, your credits are refunded automatically. Your photos and videos are only visible in your own account, and uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 30 days.

What if the result doesn't look like you?

Try a sharper photo with better light first. Then consider the Premium version at 720p or 1080p, which renders finer detail than Fast. The step-by-step guide has more troubleshooting, and the pricing page lists the cost of each option.
